Very personable and straight forward. Quick at responding to calls. Typical interview questions. Very laid back and was made to feel like I was having a regular conversation with an acquaintance. There were no games or intimidation tactics, which gave me a huge amount of respect for the company right there and then,

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
