Started with (two) phone interviews with my recruiter. Then lead to a face to face. Eventualyl after 3 weeks, I had a third phone interview. The last stage of the process is creating a business plan and taking a challenging yet interesting simulation. It is 3.5 hours long and you are put in the role of a newly hired advisor
