I applied for financial advisor position online, and the recruiter called within a week. I think it could be the name of an associate on my application speed up the process. After playing phone tags for a week, we finally had a 45-minute phone interview. The recruiter did a quick review on the resume, and then started to ask questions like why are you major in ####? what location do you want to build your business? and how are you going to build it? also how are you planning to build it from scratches? etc.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
