Contacted first by a recruiter that asks you basic questions and they document every word you say. They are typing as you speak. A while later I was contacted by a Financial Advisor at the branch to schedule a 1 on 1 interview.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
