Applied on-line. Was called by an HR person who conducted a 20 minute interview. I had to take a series of on-line tests. Then had an in person interview with the financial advisor. After that, it took about a week to get an offer. The background check and fingerprinting takes a few weeks.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
