Entretien
It was group interview. each person is asked the same questions. things like you strengths and weakness and how you handle repetitive tasks. if you pass that stage you'll move on to a phone interview were you'll just talk about the company and do some role playing. if you pass that stage you move on to a personal interview with the assistant director. some people are hired right after this stage how ever some people go on to another interview with the director himself.

Entretien
Had to wait a bit because it was a multiple people there, but it was short and straight to the point. They asked questions relevant to the job and do a good job of giving you an inside look at exactly what you will be doing if hired. Also very good for people trying to get their foot in the door if the call center industry.

The interviews are a two step process conducted via Zoom. If you impress the hiring manager on the first interview, then you'll be invited to interview for a second time.
