Don't let them waste your time. I'll leave out names but I should include since they showed me zero consideration or respect. 7/15/25 - Scheduled phone screen with recruiter for next day. 7/16/25 - I enter the meeting and was completely ghosted, sent 2 follow-ups. 7/22/25 - Recruiter offers no explanation and reschedules for next day. 7/23/25 - Recruiter shows up (camera off) and says he'll send link to schedule technical assessment immediately following meeting but never does, I have to follow-up. 7/28/25 - 40 minute technical assessment with recruiter, not an engineer. I was given the expectation for one week turn around for feedback. 8/5/25 - I have to follow-up and receive out of office reply. 8/5/25 - I follow-up with recruiter's backup and receive no reply. 8/8/25 - I follow-up again and receive no reply. 8/13/25 - Recruiter finally replies "I'll work to find time on his calendar to have him your solution on Friday. Fingers crossed.", so they haven't even handed off the assessment to engineering for review. 8/23/25 - I receive email informing me they hired someone else and have no open roles.
