Interview process started with a phone call with the hiring manager, learning about the company and work they do. Mainly discussing background/experience, interest in the work, and company culture. It went well, so next was a technical interview a few days later. Somewhat challenging but reasonable questions, open ended responses for real world engineering situations. A few days afterwards, I received a call from the hiring manager with an offer, which was sent over later that day.

Entretien
My specific interview was over the phone, and consisted of around ~5 questions that mostly, but not all, tested my practical/technical knowledge of energy and HVAC. Once I passed this interview, I was directed to speak to who would later become my project manager.
