Multiple rounds of interviews where they ask both behavioral and techinical questions, have good responses for why edgemont. It was nice that they told me about their background in depth at the start
Straight forward process. 5 rounds in total and with increasing seniority. They ask about the interest and why Healthcare specifically. Very welcoming. The HR is organizing and you will get to know who you are interviewing with.
