Received a call a few hours after I applied and scheduled an interview for the next day. Interviewed with the department that I would have been working; they were very friendly and relaxed but asked very few questions. It seemed less of an interview and more of a meeting to get to know me, and frequently conversed amongst themselves about people I didn't know. Later met the Lab Director and was given a tour of the facilities. I occasionally felt pressured to give answers about a previous employer I felt uncomfortable giving. They definitely went through both my resume and cover letter and hit almost all the points.
