First was the assessment day, in which we all sat in groups, completed fun tasks like making up a poem about the diner, and seeing who can make the most paper hats. A few questions were asked. It was a very fun assessment day! It lasted about 3 hours. Next was the interview stage. Very simple, they simply asked about your CV, such as any employment gaps, previous jobs etc. I was told I would receive a phonecall within a few days. Whole process took a couple of weeks, and was one of the most enjoyable interviews I've had.

Group interview, followed by a solo interview. tested on teamwork, public speaking and repetitive tasks. observed by managers, supervisors etc. not much else to say about the whole process to be honest
