I applied through the agent - details were given to the company HR and they wanted to come to the interview. When I arrived at the place I was given a paper with questions on Java / IQ. The HR talked little rude and mentioned that they may not able to apply for the given salary - and asked whether you want to stay or leave. I wanted to go through the interview after the exam. The face to face interviewer was a nice person from one team and he explained about the company and asked about previous experience.
HR was not reachable after that interview and they never sent a reply to me or agent that they did not selected me.

3 rounds of interview
1) HR - phone interview, typical motivation/ interest questions.
2) hiring director - 1hr video call, non technical, talking about resume and the company.
3) written test - 1hr at their office. Mcq, open ended and coding question.

fast and straight forward, the interview question is really simple.
First, you will need to go thru some paper test (technical or simple technical question)
once you had passed ur technical interview, the director will come in to ask u some quesiton
working experience
then get the offer
