Very Easy process. Talked on the phone with hiring manager, then manager and was very easy. Interview on the phone was laid back. It was a very good conversation. We talked for twenty minutes or so.

Applied through a person I knew. Got a call and went there for interview. Just some basic background questions and submitted the required documents. Was hired the same day and started working two days later.
