The first round went great but they didn't give a good enough reason for rejection. I think maybe the visa sponsorship is why they rejected me but during the process they communicated they were open to it.
They mostly asked about my experience with projects from previous environments. It was first a screening interview then a technical/case interview. Technical interview could be done in multiple different programming languages

Entretien
There is a first hr screening call, and the next round is the technical interview which includes two case studies. 2 hours in total, the first hour is for you to review the materials and prepare your responses, and the second hour is for you to walk the interviewers through your responses. The first case study is more theoretical, and the second one includes reviewing a data cleaning program written in your choice of SAS, Stata, and R. There are two more final interviews to meet all the team members and go over my experience and skills.
