Lots of phone interviews but all of them felt comfortable. Everyone seems really nice, and seem to enjoy their jobs. Speak highly of the company. It was your typical interview. Want to get to know you, then the name a fine you had to think outside the box to solve a problem questions.

A fairly easy interview process in terms of being flexible with timing and locations. There were four rounds. One call with the recruiting department that was a screening call essentially. Then two meetings with the direct supervisor, one in person and the other via Teams. Then finally a Teams call with the next level up management-wise. They were very communicative and clear about the next steps. They asked reasonable questions and they seem pretty fair with how they assess people.
