Entretien
I had a 3 round telephonic interview after I had a walk in interview. Which tested on some basic chemistry questions and post clearing that I was sent to a group discussion. After being selected in GD had a personal interview all in one day and told me I would be called. The next week I had a call with regional sales manager and post that with national sales manager. I didn't clear this round as they felt I was overqualified or not correct for the position.

Entretien
I had to drive an hour to meet the hiring manager in a hotel lobby which was loud and full of people. The face to face interview was a waste of time considering everything could have been discussed on a phone call.

Was flown to area for ride along after phone interview. People are very nice and questions were asked during ride along session. Met with different customers and knew decision at the end of the day.
