Takes a long time. They want to find the right person with the right qualities, not just experience. You'll talk on the phone with a recruiter, then a District Manager, then the Area Manager, then probably the District Manager again, and then probably the Area Manager again.

The interview process was a three step in person interview stage. District Manager, District Manager, followed by Regional Manager, then offer. The duration was approximately 3 weeks from the first time I met with the hiring team to receiving the formal offer letter
