It was quite an experience that started with the first phone interview. Shortly after that I have had first face to face meeting with hiring manager that turned my interest to work for this company to the maximum level. It was technical interview that had a combination of skills, future vision and personality review that made me file very comfortable during this conversation. Week later I had a meeting with the seven different manager from cross functional team members that made me feel that I know all of them for a long time. It was amazing and all of them mentioned that ECOSENSE Lighting is a great place to work. Last stage was the meeting with company executives that is usually very stressful, but with this company was nothing else, but another great meeting where I was introduced to the company goals and plans for the future. As a final step before I got the job I have received phone call from company CEO to congratulate me and say "Welcome on board"
Knowing that job interview process is a stressful thing overall - if someone would ask me if I would do that again with ECOSENSE Lighting - the answer is "YES" because it was a pleasure and great experience for me.
