I was asked generic questions--which were easily answered, but the moment I stated I had limited dairy experience, the interviewer (director) immediately shut me down, most noticeable with a sudden shift in tone as it gradually became more condescending. Was told there was absolutely zero training, and you'd have to work immediately running as this is a "start-up" company and that they lack the resources to provide new employees any form of initial guidance.
