The interview process is thorough, it is very effective on identifying if the candidate does or does not have the skill for the role. The Recruiter is very engaged with the candidate from beginning to end and also available in case other questions may come up after the interview. I also interviewed with the Indirect Sales Manager and his peer on separate interviews and had a final interview with a Director. All were done virtually.
