The first interview was with an outside recruiting firm for Eaton. This consisted of a general phone screen for 30-45 minutes. Very general questions.
Next, was a another phone interview with Eaton directly. This phone interview consisted of more in-depth questions in regards to the qualifications and responsibilities of the position. This interview lasted over an hour and covered behavioral and situational questions. There were many probing questions in regards to my past experience and how that could apply to the Product Specialist Role.
Finally, there were two interviews back to back. The first was an hour with the Proposals Supervisor and senior product specialist. The second was an hour with the Engineering Manager and HR Manager. There were no special questions to try and knock you off your feet just general interview questions. (behavioral and situational)
