First, had a internal recommendation. Then have a detailed discussion (~30minutes) with the engineer I am going to work with. Then, have another ~30 minutes discussion with the manager. Got the official offer in one week.

Entretien
I interviewed at a conference. It was a 2-on-1 interview style. They alternated between asking questions. They introduced themselves and then asked me to do the same. They then told me the questions were all behavioral based. They asked me 5-7 questions about my experiences. They commonly followed up with specific questions tailored to my resume i.e "How did you come to this conclusion for this project". After they allowed time for me to ask them questions.
The process went well. All people I was involved with were nice and respectful. I would interview with this company again. They were also very prompt with their response, which I appreciate.
