I visited their booth at the career fair and gave the recruit my resume. About a week later I was contacted to apply online through their website. I then was invited to schedule an on campus interview. The interview was set up as two 45 minute back to back interviews. The questions were all typical behavioral questions and specific questions about my resume. I thought it was a little odd their were no technical questions, but it was a fairly easy interview process.

Phone interview about basic EECS knowledge. Ask about your past projects, course project, internship experiences and familiar with the software. Interview with project managers. about thirty minutes. What you want to learn and so on.
HR notifies about results and interviewing preparation.

2 Back to Back 1 hour interviews. One was more focused on your experiences and technically if you would be a fit with the IT teams, and the other interview was more of a broad culture fit set of questions.

Applied through university web site and interviewed on campus two weeks later. Two 30-minute interviews back-back with two managers. Typical behavioral interview. Friendly managers, laid back and easy to talk with.
