Phone call, asking basic questions on my background and my motivation to apply for a leadership development graduate program. First screen call with human resources recruiter, didn't hear anything back in 15 days as they promised me to they would have done.
They shortlisted candidates on the basis of CGPA for the interview and then selected the top 5 candidates for the job .If u r topper of the class the just close Ur eyes and go u will be selected

General manner , It was a phone call interview . She was asking me general questions related with my current responsibilities and job requirement and they wanted to see similarities in my CV. HR was very ok and they really interested in my CV. They later informed me about the result of my application
