First, pre-screen call received after a couple of weeks without news from my online application. The person was very aggressive, most probably under pressure and over stressed, the interview did not go well. The HR person was trying to ask me tricky questions about why I am not good for the job. It ended up quite weirdly... Really bizarre experience from my side

Entretien
Initial interview with HR, followed by individual 30 minute interviews with hiring manager, VP, and team members. Each interviewer asked about my background and why I was interested in the position. A couple of interviewers asked behavioral-based questions. The recruiter mentioned that these types of questions would be involved and to utilize the STAR method of answering.

I was asked several questions about conflict resolution. Several scenarios about how to handle common issues with employees. The setting was not intimidating. The questions were only partially prepared upfront so ig was more like a conversation after the first 5 minutes or so.

Typical recruiter screening phone call followed by phone interview. Over a month later was asked to dedicated 4 hours for face to face interview.
Took over 70 days to email position was filled.
