Very prompt initial communication after applying (<2 days), however process lasted over 3 months. Initial HR phone screen about one week after applying, followed by a phone interview with hiring manager about a month later. Another month passed, and received invitation for on-site interviews the following week. As I was long distance, flight/hotel/car arrangements were booked and paid for. Visit consisted of four 45 minute interviews, each with HR manager, hiring manager, VP of finance, and another Controller. Questions were mostly conversational with behavioral questions mixed in...Not terribly difficult, and had opportunity to ask each questions of my own. However, after four weeks of zero communication post-interview, I finally reached out to HR, and confirmed they were looking at other candidates. Overall it wasn't a difficult process from an interview standpoint, however it was excruciatingly slow with communication, and ultimately I wasn't too disappointed in not being selected.

Interview started by walking through the resume, and then behavioral questions based on Eaton core values(accountability, ethical, passion...etc), with follow-up questions to each answer. Mostly two-rounds of interview, in some cases could be three rounds.
