I used my university's career website to apply for the position. I was emailed regarding being selected for the first round interviews that were going to be on campus. However, their team could not make it to campus so I had a phone interview instead. After a few weeks, I was emailed again, inviting me to the 2nd round interview event in Pittsburgh, PA. They paid for airfare, expenses and hotel accommodation. It was a 2 day event. The first evening there was a dinner with some networking/mingling with other candidates and the Eaton employees. The next day we were taken to their plant and had two 1:1 interviews and a presentation in front of a panel. The interviewers and other team members were very nice and made us feel welcome.
Advice: The first day dinner is a great opportunity to get to know your interviewers better because they will give you a schedule which will tell you who your interviewers are.

Applied online. Got a call about a month later to schedule a phone interview. Interview went well, and was offered an internship about a month later. HR did the whole process, and it was not technical at all.

Applied online and had an interview at a career fair. Two weeks later they called for an over the phone interview with an HR person. It was an overall easy experience and both interviewers were pleasant.

Entretien
Met them at the career fair and handed them my resume. Got a call 2 weeks later to schedule a phone interview for the next week. The phone interview was 30 minutes and it was with the HR lady. She first talked about the layout of the interview and talked about what she does at the company. Then she began asking questions and they were all behavioral questions. At the end she asked if I had any questions for her about the position. A week after the phone interview I was called and asked if I would be interested in a second round interview with and engineering manger. The second round phone interview was very simple and he basically asked questions about my resume and experience . I am still waiting on an offer, they said they would get back to me in 2 weeks.
