There are two interviews. The first interview is a One way interview, seven questions (recorded interview- you record yourself answering each question and submit it) and second zoom interview with two people.
Like 45 mins long. Give example of a bad customer experience. Asked about internet speed. Asked about job experiences. Asked what your favorite food is too lol. Interviewed with two different people at one time.

It was 30-45 minutes of rather standard questions- Gave a couple example situations and asked how I would handle it. Asked what about EatStreet attracts me the most.
