2 step interview process with HR and hiring manager. Overall it was a good experience for a startup environment. They also give a personality test and will show you around the office.

Fairly quick and organized interview process. They keep candidates in the loop on their status in the process, which doesn’t sound like much of an ask, but not every company does this anymore.
