Contacted directly by floor manager for interview. No interview with HR. Had a nurse to nurse interview before my scheduled interview with floor manager. Manager listens to the opinion of the interviewing nurse in order to make a decision. Manage mainly told me about the floor I would be working on, did not ask many questions.

I interviewed with the floor manager, got a tour of the floor, met other nurses, then got to interview with a charge nurse. I had an offer that afternoon. I went to HRthat same week, the orientation the next week
