- Initial Application - Assessment Process (Various Questions, Scenarios, Memory Test, etc) - Actual Interview with Mock Call - Meet and Greet (Discussions with current staff about the role as well as the opportunity to ask questions etc)

Very in-depth interview, took a full day, fairly easy tasks. Other than being able to listen to old calls though, the interview doesn’t really prepare you for the actual job.
