Initial interview was on the phone- described the job responsibilities, asked about experience, etc. Interviewer was friendly, experienced, and descriptive. Told me what to expect should they want to move forward- a demo lesson and then a conversation with the principal and head of school. Fairly straight forward and lasted under 30 minutes.
