The interview was done via Teams and was semi-formal. Everyone on the call was friendly and responsive. They asked the questions related to previous employment and how that can be applied in the new role. I received a positive feedback from the panel and was assured that my previous experience makes me a strong candidate for the role (that and my being bilingual which was essential for this role). They mentioned that they really wanted to meet me again in 3-4 days time for another round of interviews. I have waited, checked my email and LinkedIn regularly, reached out to the hiring manager asking for an update and...nothing. I was ghosted and got no response from the manager (even though he was very responsive at the beginning).
