How they work is through 3 different interviews. 1st is with the recruiter. Awesome lady, responsive, very energetic, and super knowledgeable. Gives the normal why do you want to work here questions. The second led me to a interview with the shift manager. Another Awesome individual, very friendly and welcoming. The 3rd one was with one of the owners? I'm not 100% but the guy dropped massive F bombs and was very unprofessional. Did make me laugh when he said he doesn't like formal interviews. Kinda the giveaway once I heard it. Now im not for one to complain but I rather be honest. There was also a mention of a guy that works for them committed a act of domestic violence and that he was able to continue to work with them. Odd thing to say but it was a fishing trip to say the least

One interview face to face, met with a store manager, HR manager, and boss. Asked general questions about past experience and resume questions. Quick interview- less than 30 minutes. Super friendly and inviting vibe, fun job
