Since the company has changed significantly since my first interviews, it is hard to say what it's like now. I was recently interviewed for a different position within the same company, and the interview was essentially the interviewers asking me in many different ways why exactly I thought I was the best candidate and what exactly made me think that.

As stated above, the most difficult questions were those detailing specifically why I would be the best choice.
Easy interview. Very friendly and relaxed vibe. Wanted previous work experience and then mostly just chatted. Very easy interview with very friendly management. I'm only doing this review so that I can see other reviews.

Entretien
A front-end manager interviewed me to determine eligibility and fill out paperwork, then referred me to a higher-ranking manager who confirmed my position and employment status. After I was scheduled, the same front-end manager proceeded to conduct my orientation process

Entretien
There was no interview, just an application. I was hired via a phone call. I was then given a quick overview of the store. The whole process of orientation took about 2 hours.
