Very Simple process if they are hiring. They will always accept applications and they do hold on to them. Go in store you wish to work in and Fill out an application, on paper. there is no online application. Drop off your completed application with a manager. Ask for and interview and try to Get interview time set up before you leave.
Boring. Super boring, basic stuff. I interviewed, my background check went through with in a few days and I was able to start right after that. I would not work for them again tho after they shut down and reopened it was never the same

Entretien
The interview process at Earth Fare was very laid back and felt very personable and welcoming while also staying professional. Questions were common sense. Overall a good, low stress experience.
