Phone screen was fine but weird. Asked a lot of job-specific questions … but the interviewer didn’t seem to know what they were asking about. Next interview they talked too fast. Too much jargon. Mean attitude. Case study question was either too generic (every interview asks this kind of question) or too greedy (they were farming me for free work and free ideas). Overall sounded like they had decided against me from the start, but were just going through the motions of an interview.

I was not asked any real technical or product questions. It appeared as if they had made up their mind even before talking to me or when they saw me on the video call. It felt like a “going through the motion with absolutely no engagement at all” all the way through. I was super pumped up to walk through a bunch of things on product and technical side. Very disappointed.
