Lack of clarity on the expectations. Was contacted by a Recruiter. Initial discussion was good around my current responsibilities and job expectations. Was upfront that, though I have a background as a developer, I'm little rusty since 've been doing functional roles recently. The recruiter confirmed the role doesn't require any coding. Was asked to come over for an Onsite interview. Met with a team of Hiring Managers. The interview did not follow an organized format and they basically kept switching back and forth between behavioral to technical questions. In the end I got an email informing they are looking for someone who can do coding.
