pleasant. highly motivated team. they were looking for personality fit and had already went through dozens of candidates. interview was with head of one of the recruitment teams. got invited back for a second round where i met the head of hk and other members of the team. guess they all had a say in my hiring decision

Body shop experience, yuk! Kinda says all you need to know about the poor end of the recruitment industry. market average comm structure so really not worth the grieve...not sure that they are that well regarded in the insurance market either

Normal, online interview. it took about 1 hour and with the hiring manager. Ask about why do you want to join the company etc. Overall Its quite a common interview session.
