The screening process is so lengthy that by the time that you get to the interview, it's quite stress-free. It was a phone interview with the interviewer who had a very calming demeanor and after asking the question, each time told me I could take my time to respond and was very encouraging. It was a pleasant experience and my nerves were calmed.
