There was a group interview - 3 of 5 people showed up. The interviewer asked questions and each candidate had a chance to answer. Candidates took turns being the first to respond to questions and were given adequate time to answer. Most questions pertained to illustrating some past experience that demonstrated a skill, an approach, or an understanding of some aspect of project managing a technical development. Following the verbal group interview was a written questionnaire - write a paragraph or two for about 5-6 questions, a personality evaluation. An individual interview a few days later (assuming you made it past the group interview) with 2 staffers - who turned out to be who the position reports to - direct report, and the senior exec. I believe the CEO usually does a final interview but as I knew the him already, so I guess I was exempted! Or he was too busy that day ;-)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I didn't find any of the technical questions particularly difficult for anyone who was qualified and had relevant previous experience in e-commerce. The personality evaluation was unexpected, but again, no biggie.

I applied online and was contacted by the Administrative Director within a few days to come in and meet with both her and the hiring manager for the department. I was asked basic questions and was encouraged to tell them about myself and my resume rather than a script-type interview. After that interview I was called back for a final interview with the CEO, he was enthusiastic and energetic and was almost certainly looking for personality matches as a priority since the skill set is what gets you in front of him in the first place.
