I applied online, then did a self-recorded virtual interview with some generic questions. I then did a group in-person interview, which all happened over the span of about 2 weeks.

The recruitment process was efficient, completing within two weeks. It consisted of three stages: an online pre-recorded screening, followed by a phone interview, and finally an in-person interview at the Sydney office.
