They reached out quickly after I submitted my resume. Set up an initial phone interview. Made it through 2 phone interviews and then never heard anything until I finally reached out to them.

The interview was a joke, they didn't read any resume info before and didn't even seem interested themselves. I am not sure if it was a Covid effect or not, but they seemed disorganized and disfunctional.

applied online, Had phone interview, then interviewed with my suppose superior. Everything seemed great, nailed both interviews I felt. Then both participants went ghost. Tried contacting them numerous times, but got the cold shoulder. Recruiters/HR personnel should be a lot more hospitable and let the person know what went wrong or any insight on how to better themselves.
