"I had a disappointing and unprofessional experience interviewing with EXL. After going through multiple interview rounds, they assured me that an offer was in the works and that they were simply finalizing the budget for the role. However, they continually pushed back the timeline for when I’d hear back, leaving me in limbo. Finally, after a week of silence, they informed me that they had decided to go with another candidate. This experience was frustrating, to say the least. It felt like a complete waste of time, and the lack of transparency and respect for my time and effort left a negative impression. I would caution others to be wary of their process and communication.
