I was contacted by an agency. The process consisted of overall three interviews:
* 1st Round - Basic Project Done Knowledge Check
* 2nd Round - Technical Questions About general ML/ DL Techniques
* 3rd Round - Management + Technical Discussion (Expected Profile Oriented)
I cleared all 3 rounds. The HR contacted me verbally on phone saying that he will get back to me with offer within 2 days. I followed up with him after 4 days; he said he will get back shortly but he did not. Even the consultant who contacted me was unprofessional and he also did not get back to me.
Advice to management -
* Hiring has only two results accepted/ rejected. Please don't make it complicated with acceptance and no formal offer.
* Please contact people and waste their time for interviews if you really want to hire.

The second round consists of a technical interview focusing on Python, machine learning concepts, and AI-related questions to assess problem-solving ability. It is followed by a fit round that evaluates cultural alignment, communication skills, teamwork, and how past professional experiences align with the role and company expectations.

Interview was good and detailed. Asked about Generative Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning. Some questions were asked about Natural language processing with python coding.
It was 3 round interview and 2nd was technical followed by a HR negotiation round.

Entretien
It was a virtual interview, but updates on my application stopped. The interviewer seemed uninterested very much, leaving me uncertain about progress and disappointed with the lack of communication and engagement.
