The interview process was quite extensive, involving three rounds that included case studies, presentations, and submission of detailed materials. The discussions themselves were engaging, and the interviewer provided thoughtful and constructive feedback throughout, which made the experience feel positive and encouraging initially.
However, the overall experience was impacted by a lack of communication and consistency in the process.
After completing all three rounds, there was no update for over a month, despite the level of effort and preparation required. Subsequently, I was informed that I would be considered for a different role altogether, which was unexpected given the prior discussions and direction of the interviews.
Following this, there was again a period of no communication for a couple of weeks. Upon reaching out to HR for clarity, I was informed that my candidature had been closed. When I expressed that I had expected more proactive communication, the response indicated that it was assumed I had already been informed.
Given the time and effort invested across multiple rounds, including case work and presentations, a more structured and transparent communication process would have significantly improved the candidate experience.
