Round 1: 30 minute phone screen with HR to go over your resume/background and interest in the role
Round 2: 30 minute phone interview with the head of the Boston office to go into more depth on your consulting experience (disease state knowledge, analysis/modeling capabilities, types of research/projects have worked on)
Round 3: in person super day. 2 case study's (one market sizing and one pricing) with more senior team members. 1 on 1 with head of the Boston office to go over experience again and a mini case on how you would answer a potential client question regarding opportunity for a new treatment in a market with an established existing competitor (what type of research, who you would talk to, and most importantly why). then a panel interview with the more junior staff to make sure your personality fits in because the office is so small (<10 people).

Entretien
The interview process was lengthy and the interviewer just led me on. There were 6 interviews including a chat with junior team members and an in-person interview. They kept saying that they really would like to proceed with my candidature and then all of a sudden they informed me that they won’t hire me. They wanted me to appreciate them for the fact that they provided me with some baseless feedback over phone. More than a month long process draining mentally. I would highly recommend to avoid this company.
