I applied and the interview was done through Skype. There was a preliminary interview where they ask you questions about your work history and ask about your work ethic. Then there is a secondary interview

Great interview. The CEO is amazing. He could sell water to a whale, he is inspirational and motivated. Someone I wanted to work with. The man will succeed in life and he is willing to take everyone with him.
