Entretien
There are 3 rounds, including :
1. Taiwanese/English airplane broadcasting test with short paragraph or sentence & basic health check, occupation moral test.
2. Face to face interview (Chinese)
3. Complete health check.
The staff were disrespectful, giving you a feeling that you were some kind of entertainment and rush to finish the process.
Beside, the standard was very confusing,
you could pass the test even if you didn't perform well. (missing words, hesitation, false pronunciation, either or all)
Overall, if they like you, you can go through it anyway,
if don't, you won't get it no matter how good you are.

English test: Easy grammar and vocab
Math test,
Final interview: 5 candidates interview same time. Each one answer 1 question from the the council
Health check: a couple days when you passed the interview round

Apply online, panel interview, medical check then 3mths training course.
At the interview, we have 4 rounds.
1. They check for the height and arm reach
2. Reading a random short passage. You will not know what was the content until your turn to read.
