A month after applying I was contacted over the phone to schedule a phone interview with my future boss. A few weeks after that, I was scheduled for a day of interviews, which included an interview with HR in the morning, an interview with my future boss, an opportunity to talk with those who currently hold a similar position at the company to ask questions about the work and position, and finally a group/panel interview (4 researchers interviewing me on my experience and background). I also had to do a background check. I believe 10 people were contacted for the phone interview, and then only 4 made it to the in person interview. Of those 4, I was hired for the position, and another interviewee was hired for a similar position but in another department of R&D.

friendly and fun. but took a long time to process. i did not make it at the end, but overall, it was a good experience for me. got some knowledge in the process
